Prom is a special night for most high school students, but it can be quite expensive. So to help, the District hosted the 5th annual Red Carpet Glam Prom dress giveaway. More than 300 juniors and seniors from the District took their pick from 500 donated, new and gently-used dresses, as well as free make-up and shoes.

The event was organized by Kim Taylor, executive assistant to the District’s chief of academic support Cheryl Logan, and was held at District headquarters at 440 North Broad.
